Alumni Announcement!

On January 19th, 2011 Northern Kentucky held its Annual Alumni Chili Cook-off in the Bank of Kentucky Center.  Two of Pi Kappa Alpha’s Alumni entered the Chili cook-off with their wives and brought home the trophy!  The two Alumni, Adam Billiter (on the left) and Tye Mortensen (on the right) stand on the sides of current young members who someday will carry on the tradition and win the Alumni Chili Cook-Off.

Adam Billiter stands proudly on the left with his beautiful wife Emily, and on the right we have Tye Mortensen smiling big as he holds the trophy and standing next to his own beautiful wife Kristi.  A little fun fact here is that both Emily and Kristi were sisters of the Delta Zeta Sorority here at Northern Kentucky.

Wedding Bells in the PIKE House!

Getting married, just like becoming a Pike, is one of the best decisions you could ever make in your life.   Two of our Alumni are getting ready to do just that!  Michael Schafer is getting married to the wonderful Beth Bleha who was a Kappa Delta here at NKU.

Another Alumni that is soon to take the big plunge is Josh Ruth.  Now Josh is getting married to the beautiful Hillary Hampton, which turns out she is a Delta Gamma!  They are getting married on June 11th, 2011.

We are all very excited for these two couples to enjoy their lives together and wish them the best of like in all their lives endeavors!  Who knows maybe they’ll raise some Pikes of their own…
